Shipping Guarantee

Orders will ship to eligible US addresses only.

In stock merchandise is processed and shipped within 3 business days from receipt of order. Orders received on Fridays after 12:00pm PST or on Holidays will be processed the following business day. We will make every effort to provide same day shipping for orders received before 11:00am PST for Priority Express. If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on back order and will ship when it becomes available. You will receive shipment confirmation for your order via E-mail. Contact us with any concerns. Once your package leaves our facility, we make no guarantee of delivery time. Guarantees are offered by shipping carrier only.

The guarantee does not apply if we miss our promised delivery date because of an unforeseen circumstance outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, or severe winter storm. Also, delivery scans might be inaccurate.

An attempted delivery on or before the guaranteed delivery date meets our delivery guarantee.

Return & Refund Policy

Products must be returned in sealed vials or original packaging within 30 days of shipment date. If over 30 days, an exchange order of equal or greater value must be placed, with prior approval. Returns or exchanges after 30 days will not be guaranteed. Product must be eligible for resale. and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Used product will not be accepted for return unless it is a failed implant or part, and will require documentation to satisfy manufacturing defect.

Product replacement will be issued if there is a demonstrable manufacturing defect or labeling error.

IDP Implants does not accept return of drills or surgical instruments removed from their original package.
