Return & Refund Policy
- Products must be returned in sealed vials or original packaging within 30 days of shipment date. If over 30 days, an exchange order of equal or greater value must be placed, with prior approval. Returns or exchanges after 30 days will not be guaranteed. Product must be eligible for resale. and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Used product will not be accepted for return unless it is a failed implant or part, and will require documentation to satisfy manufacturing defect.
Product replacement will be issued if there is a demonstrable manufacturing defect or labeling error.
iH Biomedical does not accept return of drills or surgical instruments removed from their original package.

- Shipping is nonrefundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping in the event that the return is not a result of error on behalf of iH Biomedical.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (if iH Biomedical is at fault for the return), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
